To the poster contributors at the WAW conference ---------------------------------------------- Dear Colleague, Here is a synthesis of important practical information relative to your contribution. - Your poster: ------------ An area of about one square meter will be made available to you during the whole duration of the conference. Demonstrations of remote facilities will be possible at dedicated slots of time and locations.It would be advisable you inform us of your possible plans thereupon as soon as possible. - The HTML version of your contribution ------------------------------------- Please do e-mail it to us as soon as possible. It will be installed on the WAW server. Please do make use as much as possible of pointers towards your local facilities, as we shall not make later changes to these files. This is particularly important if you have volatile material on line. - The LaTeX abstract of your contribution -------------------------------------- An abstract of your contribution will be published in a special issue of `Vistas in Astronomy'. You are entitled to a maximum of 1 (one) page including tables and illustrations. The file *must* be delivered to us by the end of the conference at latest to ensure quick publication of the volume. Delay = no publication of your contribution. Feel free to e-mail it to us as soon as possible. The material must be prepared with the standard Elsevier LaTeX macros. The publisher (and the editors) will not accept any deviation from this. These macros are available through any CTAN archive (or via ftp://ftp.elsevier.nl/pub/styles).
