On-line yellow-page services have become of common use in the
community of astronomy and related space sciences.
This chapter is devoted to an example of a comprehensive group of products,
the Star*s Family of Astronomy Resources,
themselves essentially derived and adapted from classical
directories and dictionaries on paper.
Another important service,
AstroWeb, is also described (see pointers below).
