MODIFY CABLE

        CLIC\MODIFY CABLE arguments

    Modify the cable phase.

    MODIFY  CABLE a1 a2 a3 a4 a5 a6 corrects for a permutation of the cables
    to the phasemeters. Phasemeters 1 2 3 4 5 6 are assumed to be  connected
    to the antennas a1 a2 a3 a4 a5 a6.

    MODIFY  CABLE  CONTINUOUS  corrects  the  cable  phases to be continuous
    (should use only the correlations, without  LOCK  flag,  for  which  the
    phases have a meaning).

    MODIFY  CABLE  FACTOR  f asssume the phase correction applied  has to be
    multiplied by f (replaces the old MODIFY CABL2).
