SET STEP 

        CLIC\SET STEP t_step

    Select  the time interval parameter to be used by  the  SOLVE  PHASE and
    SOLVE  AMPLITUDE  command (time interval  between  knots  of  the  cubic
    spline functions).  Value is in hours (default 3 hours).
