    Write the UTC and LST times on top of the FRAME plot, as well as the ob-
    servatory coordinates.

    The  same  information,  as  well  as a couple of other parameters (.eg.
    twilight start and end), are listed in the  ASTRO  terminal.  Output  is
    something like:
