see http://tass-survey.org/br Our Mark III systems were wide-field drift-scan CCD cameras which monitored the celestial equator down to 13th magnitude in several passbands. Photometric measurements between 1996 October to 1998 November form the basis of the tenxcat catalog, which contains data on the standard Johnson-Cousins system for 367,241 stars.
As of June, 2003, we have compiled a similar amount of data with an improved system, the Mark IV, which can observe far from the celestial equator.
